Tech Wellness Check — $125
Up to 60 minutes on-site. I look at your devices, accounts, security, and setup, walk you through what needs attention, and help you make it happen.
Printer Setup — $95
Up to 45 minutes on-site. I'll get your printer connected, drivers installed, and printing from all your devices. Time beyond that billed at $125/hr.
Wi-Fi / Router Setup — $185
Up to 90 minutes on-site. Covers your router, modem, and any additional access points, configured and optimized for your home. Time beyond that billed at $125/hr.
Camera & Doorbell Setup — $95 (+$35 each additional)
Up to 45 minutes on-site for the first camera or doorbell. I'll handle the app setup, network connection, and notifications, you choose where to place them. Additional units are $35 each, about 15-20 minutes per unit. Time beyond that billed at $125/hr.
Tech Help — $125/hour
Billed in 15-minute increments. Call when you need it.
Monthly Plans — starting at $75/month
Ongoing support with dedicated hours and priority response.
Essential — $75/month: 1 hour, email support, 48-hour responsePro — $150/month: 3 hours, email/phone/text, 24-hour responseVIP — $300/month: 5 hours, email/phone/text, on-site visits, priority access including evenings, weekends, and holidays
All monthly plans require a 3-month minimum. Overage billed at $75/hr.
